Along the Ohio River in Cincinnati's East End neighborhood, the private client wanted a rowhouse to take advantage of both a narrow site, views of the river and Northern Kentucky. The solution included 3 levels of living above a garage with reference to the German vernacular design of nearby Mt. Adams houses.
