In the Torrey Pines biotech corridor of San Diego, two of the four buildings on the campus were repositioned to house biotech labs, a cafe, fitness center, landscape and amenities. Clad in full height glass, the buildings provide 360 degree views, significant floor to floor height and a significant infrastructure upgrade including a relocated central plant.
